Voucher for the NA OSTRZU MORZA restaurant

A visit to our restaurant will give you an unforgettable experience. The menu includes delicious Polish dishes with European influences, prepared on site by our talented chefs using only the freshest ingredients. The phenomenal presentation combined with the dazzling flavours will delight every palate. The fully equipped bar allows you to prepare fantastic and varied cocktails. The surroundings of the coastal forest reflect the charm and tranquillity of this place, and the playground will make the youngest foodies smile.

1. The voucher is issued and sent electronically.
2. The buyer agrees to pay for the voucher in the amount equal to the nominal value of the voucher.
3. The voucher can be redeemed as a form of payment for catering services provided exclusively at the NA OSTRZU MORZA restaurant.
4. The voucher is non-refundable.
5. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. The voucher must be redeemed once and in full. If the voucher is used for a lower amount than its value, the unused amount will be forfeited.
7. The user is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, by debit or credit card, if the value of the service provided is higher than the value of the voucher presented.
8. The issuer is not liable for vouchers that are lost, stolen or damaged after they have been handed over to the buyer.
9. The voucher is issued to the bearer and a valid and visible booking number is required to use it. For this reason, both the buyer and the user are obliged to protect the booking number of the voucher from third parties. The issuer shall not be liable for situations where the booking number is stolen by third parties and used during the booking process.
10. The buyer or user of the voucher shall not be entitled to any claims against the issuer in the event of loss (including theft) or destruction of the voucher.
11. The expiry date of the voucher is printed on the voucher. However, it cannot be longer than 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the issuer has the right to refuse to redeem the sold voucher.
12. The issuer checks the validity and identification number of the voucher. If the voucher number is not in the database, it will refuse to redeem it.
13. Any irregularities and errors in the content and identification number on the Voucher should be reported to the indicated email address: recepcja@plaza-resortleba.pl or restauracja.plazaresort@wp.pl within two weeks from the date of receipt of the voucher by the buyer.
14. Upon receiving the voucher, the buyer/user declares that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, accept them in their entirety and agree to abide by their provisions.
