REGULATIONS
- The hotel room is rented for hotel nights.
- A hotel day lasts from 15:00 pm until 11:00 am the following day.
- If the guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
- Payment for your stay must be made on the day of arrival. Please observe this obligation.
- Failure to use any of the services by the guest does not entitle the guest to a refund.
- The guest's wish to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be notified to the reception by 9:00 am of the day on which the room rental period expires.
- PLAŻA RESORT will accommodate the request for stay to the best of its ability.
- PLAŻA RESORT provides services according to its standard.
- The guest may not transfer the room to any other person, even if the period for which he has paid the fee due for the stay has not expired.
- The RESORT PLAZA is obliged to provide:
- conditions for full and unhindered rest;- security of the stay and protection of personal data;- professional and friendly service in the scope of all services provided in the facility;- cleaning of the room (the wish to clean the whole room must be announced by 12:00 am by hanging a ‘please clean’ tag on the door;- carrying out necessary repairs- changing the room as far as possible, or otherwise alleviating the inconvenience when the defects occurring in the room cannot be removed;
- During their stay, children under the age of 13 must be supervised and supervised by adults at all times. Children's legal guardians are responsible for their behaviour, including any damage caused.
- Persons not registered at the hotel may stay in the room from 8:00 am to 21:00 pm.
- PLAŻA RESORT observes curfew from 22:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- PLAŻA RESORT may refuse to accommodate a guest who has grossly violated the facility's rules and regulations during a previous stay.
- In the event of reservations concerning the quality of services, Guests are requested to report them to the reception, which will enable the management to respond quickly.
- The Guest bears material responsibility for any damage or destruction of the objects of equipment and technical devices of the facility caused by him/her or his/her visitors.
- PLAŻA RESORT reserves the right to claim compensation in the event of losses incurred by the Guest's behaviour.
- For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use any electrical appliances in the rooms, e.g. metal heaters, electric irons and other appliances not constituting room equipment. The triggering of a false fire alarm will result in the arrival of the FIREFIGHTERS.
A PENALTY MANDATE issued by the fire brigade to be paid by the visitor.
- Each time the Guest leaves the room, he/she should check the locking of doors and windows.
- RESORT PLAZA is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms.
- Personal items left by the departing Guest in the room will be stored for a period of 1 month. On request, they will be sent back at the Guest's expense to the address indicated.
- Smoking is forbidden in the whole building, except for the designated places, under pain of a fine of 500 PLN (five hundred zlotys).
- The rooms have an electricity management system based on room cards. Loss of the card results in a one-time fee of PLN 50.
- It is forbidden to disturb other guests or behave in a way commonly regarded as indecent.
- We do not provide outsiders with any information about the personal data of registered guests of our Hotel.
- Persons violating the rules of these Regulations will be obliged to leave the Hotel immediately.
- By making a reservation and staying in the premises, you accept the above Rules and Regulations.
Regulations for the stay of dogs (pets) in the hotel:
- The cost of a pet's stay at the hotel is 50PLN per day.
- Accommodation with a pet is only possible in selected rooms. The fact of the animal's stay must be reported when making the reservation.
- In the absence of notification of the stay with the animal, the owner may refuse accommodation and refund the deposit.
- The pet must have a health booklet with current vaccinations and deworming certificate. The booklet must be presented at the request of staff. The hotel staff has the right to refuse to accept animals that are sick or without papers.
- Animals should be kept in their owners' rooms.
- Dogs must be walked on a leash under the care of the owner or an authorised person.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the restaurant during breakfast. During restaurant opening hours they are accepted and welcome.
- Dogs are not allowed on beds and sofas.
- Owners are obliged to clean up any waste left by dogs on the premises and in the surroundings of the hotel. Please clean up after your pet.
- The animal should not be left alone in the room if it disturbs other guests at the time.
- Cleaning of the room in which the animal is staying takes place only when the owner is present. If the animal is left in the room unattended, please hang a ‘do not disturb’ notice on the door.
- Any damage to hotel property or the property of other guests caused by animals will be assessed by the hotel management and the cost will be charged to the animal owners.
- For not informing the hotel reception about having a dog in the room, the guest will incur an animal fee of 50 PLN per day and a fine of 500 PLN will be imposed.
